*Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, mail must be postmarked by due date.
*Payment Drop-Off Location
You can pay your bill in person at our office on Highway 8 in Slagle, situated across from the gas station. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit or debit cards for payments on established accounts. Please note, all card payments incur a $2.20 convenience fee. For after-hours payments, a drop box is available to the left of the office's front door. Please be aware that we are not liable for any cash left in the drop box.
*Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Numerous financial institutions, including major banks, provide their customers with the option to pay bills through an online bill payment service accessible via the bank's website. Typically, these services withdraw funds from the customer's checking or savings account to settle the bill. Fees for this service may vary by institution. It can take up to seven business days for payments to be reflected in the customer's account. For further details, customers should contact their bank directly.
*PSN Website an App
To register your ECVW account online and make payments via the PSN payment platform, click the link below. If you opt for "auto pay" as your payment method, set your payment date between the 5th and the 15th of each month to ensure the updated balance is accounted for in each billing cycle. For assistance with login details or initial setup, please call the office at 337-238-9009.
The payment site (PSN) also offers 'Quick Pay,' a payment option that does not require an account registration. A fee of $2.20 still applies.
